We are working on making it more categorised and easier to find answers to the common questions. This was especially required due to the large number of expected questions in the database.

This updation is being made as per our customers suggestions and we thank them for thier contributions in making stafi.net a better hosting company. When re-introduced it would even include auto addition of all new questions asked by our customers.
